The question
Running a small but growing SAP consulting firm like Graphyte required operational precision, yet standard ERP tools often add administrative weight rather than removing it. Graphyte struggled with time-consuming time-entry processes, fragmented expense tracking, bloated HR workflows, and complex invoicing across various project models.
To maintain high consultant utilization and deliver transparent billing to clients, Graphyte needed a tailored operational platform designed specifically for the daily reality of a consulting services firm.
What we built
KangaCoders developed a lean, modular web application engineered specifically for the fast-paced operations of an SAP consulting firm. The platform streamlines daily workflows by dividing management and employee tools into intuitive, purpose-built modules:
- For Management: Centralized hub for employee master data, client master data, and end-to-end project tracking.
- For All Employees: Fast, effortless logging for timesheets (project or internal) and business expenses (travel or ad-hoc).
- For Operations & Finance: Automated invoice generation that instantly translates logged time and expenses into accurate client invoices.
By focusing only on essential workflows, the application eliminates administrative bloat—allowing Graphyte to scale its team and operations smoothly.
